Installation
Dependencies and setup for Yecoyz Boss Menu.
Get yecoyz_bossmenu1. Dependencies
You need all of these running before yecoyz_bossmenu:
| Resource | Notes |
|---|---|
| oxmysql | Required |
| yecoyz_core | Required, version 1.3.0 or newer. Handles the framework, the company accounts and the garages |
| ESX, QBCore or Qbox | Your framework |
| yecoyz_duty | Optional. Adds the Duty page |
The company account is the one your server already uses. yecoyz_core finds it automatically: esx_addonaccount, Renewed-Banking, qb-banking or qb-management, or its own table when none of them run. See Config.Society in yecoyz_core's configuration.
2. Download
Download the latest release from GitHub and extract it into your resources folder.
ImportantDon't rename the resource folder.
3. server.cfg
Start it after the dependencies and your framework:
ensure oxmysql
ensure yecoyz_core
ensure yecoyz_duty # optional
ensure yecoyz_bossmenuThe database tables are created on the first start.
4. Place a computer
Join the server and type /bossmenucreator as an admin. See Computers.
5. Check the boss ranks
On ESX, the grade named boss gets the whole menu. If your jobs use another name for the top rank, add it to Config.Access.BossGrades. QBCore and Qbox use the job's own boss flag as well. See Access.
6. Example shops (optional)
The vehicle and item shops start empty and are set up in game. For example lists for police, ambulance and mechanic, run sql/presets.sql once in your database. See Vehicles.
7. Vehicles (optional)
Bought vehicles spawn at the computer by default. To put them in the job garage instead, set Config.Vehicles.Mode = 'garage'. See Vehicles.
Updating
Replace the folder with the new release. Keep your config.lua and compare it with the new one, since new options are added at the bottom of their section. Database changes are applied on start.
